As a Lead Support Analyst for Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Cloud Applications at Kaseya, you will be responsible for overseeing support and release management activities within the company's enterprise cloud applications. This role is integral to ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of Kaseya's Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, SCM, and HCM modules.

Key responsibilities include leading the support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, monitoring integrations and critical jobs to ensure data accuracy, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, oversee end-to-end release management, coordinate testing cycles, and maintain detailed operational documentation. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendor teams for issues, enhancements, and release-related activities.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, SCM, and HCM. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role is required, with at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications in a technical capacity. Experience with Oracle PaaS solutions, such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Process Automation, is also essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are necessary to succeed in this role.
