As a Lead Value Engineer for the Banking and Finance industry at Celonis, you will spearhead data-driven business transformations for our clients. Collaborating closely with the Sales Team, you will guide customers through their entire value journey, from initial engagement to adoption and renewal, leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to help them achieve strategic objectives and realize significant value.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and framing value by translating customers' strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, building demos and business cases using industry benchmarks, and conducting value assessments or proof-of-value projects to communicate opportunities to C-level executives. Additionally, you will facilitate business value workshops, identify opportunities for process enhancement, derive improvement measures, and present realized value to senior management. Scaling value involves managing the end-to-end customer journey, developing strategic expansion roadmaps, and providing feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform based on new use cases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical roles focused on demonstrating value through business data analysis and process improvement, preferably in customer-facing positions such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting within a Business Software or SaaS provider. Proficiency in business software applications like SAP, experience with RPA or BI tools, and knowledge of Python and SQL are essential. Strong project management skills, executive stakeholder management experience, and expertise in the Finance and Banking industry are also required.
