As a Lead Value Engineer at Celonis, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven business transformations for our clients. Collaborating closely with the Sales Team, you will oversee the entire value journey of our customers, from initial engagement to adoption and renewal. Your role involves acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep industry expertise to help clients achieve their strategic objectives using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

In this position, your key responsibilities include identifying and framing value by translating customer priorities into impactful Celonis use cases. You will build demos and business cases, conduct value assessments, and communicate strategic roadmaps to C-level executives. Additionally, you will facilitate business value workshops, derive improvement measures, and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives to realize and scale value for our clients.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in analytical roles focused on business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. A background in solution consulting, IT/management consulting, or in-house roles within centers of excellence for data analytics is preferred. Proficiency in business software applications, such as SAP, and experience with RPA, BI tools, Python, SQL, and AI are advantageous. Strong project management skills and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders are essential.
