Lead Value Engineer - CPG

Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, is seeking a Lead Value Engineer to join their team in London, United Kingdom. This role involves partnering with the Celonis Sales Team to guide customers through their value journey, from initial engagement to adoption and renewal. The Lead Value Engineer will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep industry expertise to help clients achieve strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Key responsibilities include translating customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, developing tailored business cases and demonstrations, and conducting value workshops. The role also involves engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver value-driven results and secure long-term partnerships. Additionally, the Lead Value Engineer will facilitate business value workshops, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in analytical roles focused on business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. Experience in solution consulting, IT or management consulting with a business software or SaaS provider, or within an enterprise's Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics is preferred. Proficiency in business software applications such as SAP, experience with RPA or BI tools, and knowledge of Python, SQL, and AI are essential. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders are also required.
