Lead Value Engineer - Financial Services

Celonis is seeking a Lead Value Engineer to join their Financial Services team in New York. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end value journey of customers, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing engagements.

Key responsibilities include translating clients' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases, building demos and business cases, and conducting value assessments or proof-of-value projects. You will facilitate business value workshops, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and present results to senior management and C-level executives. Additionally, you will build strategic expansion roadmaps and provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform based on new use cases.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, preferably in a customer-facing position within solution consulting or IT/management consulting. A strong understanding of finance and supply chain domains, experience with business software applications like SAP, and knowledge of Python and/or SQL are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with experience in project management and executive stakeholder management, are also required.
