Lead Value Engineering - Consumer Packaged Good and Retail
Celonis is seeking a Lead Value Engineer specializing in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail sectors. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor to major CPG accounts, translating complex operational data into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging technical process mining capabilities with strategic business outcomes, contributing to Celonis's mission of enhancing global productivity and sustainability through process intelligence.
Key responsibilities include analyzing client strategic priorities such as omnichannel growth, margin protection, supply chain agility, and sustainability, and mapping them to high-impact Celonis use cases. The Lead Value Engineer will architect solutions that connect data across the value chain, optimizing complex ecosystems like demand planning, trade promotions management, logistics, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment. Additionally, the role involves constructing robust, data-backed business cases to articulate the financial and operational impact of process intelligence to senior management, leading value assessments, and presenting results to C-level executives.
