Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway Associate
The Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway (LEAP) Associate role at Legend Biotech is a selective, high-impact position designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders within the company. This 18-24 month structured rotational program offers exposure across core commercial functions, including Field Sales, Marketing, and Market Access, providing participants with comprehensive insights into the company's operations. LEAP Associates are responsible for driving execution by contributing to priority commercial initiatives and business-critical projects across functions. They translate strategy into action by supporting planning, analysis, and execution efforts that directly impact commercial performance. Operating cross-functionally, they effectively partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders. Additionally, they bring structure and insight to ambiguity, using data, judgment, and stakeholder input to support sound decision-making.
Candidates for this role are required to have a bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of professional experience, with a demonstrated track record of execution, ownership, and results delivery. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. An interest in biotech/pharma and commercial leadership pathways is also important. Preferred qualifications include experience in disciplined, performance-driven environments, exposure to commercial, operational, analytical, or customer-facing roles, and experience using data, analytics, digital tools, or AI-enabled solutions to support decision-making.
The base pay range for this position is $142,146 to $186,567 annually. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and/or equity, depending on the role.
