Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway Associate (South Central Region)
The Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway (LEAP) Associate role at Legend Biotech is a selective, high-impact position designed to develop future commercial leaders within the organization. This 18-24 month structured rotational program offers exposure across core commercial functions, including Field Sales, Marketing, and Market Access, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the company's commercial operations.
Key responsibilities include driving execution by contributing to priority commercial initiatives and business-critical projects across functions. LEAP Associates are expected to translate strategy into action, support planning, analysis, and execution efforts that directly impact commercial performance, and operate cross-functionally by effectively partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders. Additionally, they are tasked with bringing structure and insight to ambiguity, using data, judgment, and stakeholder input to support sound decision-making.
Required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of professional experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong execution capabilities, leadership maturity, and a desire to grow into broader commercial leadership roles within the biotech industry. The program is intentionally designed for high-potential professionals who have exhibited these qualities.
