This role involves reviewing active case files to capture key data points and assess file handling practices, contributing to the firm's commitment to excellence in legal services. The position offers flexibility, allowing for remote work from any state where the firm has an office, and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
The Legal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing case files using the firm's cloud-based document management and time entry systems, accurately capturing relevant data, and evaluating file handling to identify both exceptional practices and areas for improvement. While a current law license is not required, the license must have been in good standing at the time it lapsed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with acute attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with electronically stored information and document management systems is a plus.
