Legal Operations Specialist (Remote)

Axiom is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to design and implement strategic solutions across clients' legal departments. This remote role involves managing legal operations processes, developing new workflows, and enhancing contracting systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include mapping and managing clients' legal operations processes, building and implementing new workflows, creating resource materials on operational procedures, and planning improvements to contracting systems, including template development. The specialist will also assist with project coordination and process management.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in legal operations, focusing on optimizing in-house workflows related to contract, performance, vendor, and financial management. Familiarity with legal department KPIs, budget and spend management, software implementation, and legal operations technology is essential. Experience with CLM tools like Luminance is ideal.

This position offers competitive compensation, with estimated total compensation ranging from $71,250 to $309,750 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
