Axiom is seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Contracts Counsel to support client engagements across the life sciences sector. This role offers flexibility, with options for remote, on-site, or hybrid work arrangements, depending on client needs. The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, and change orders. The role also involves handling various contract types, including IT licenses, SaaS subscriptions, event and sponsorship agreements, and material transfer agreements (MTAs). Counsel will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on contract terms, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams like Legal, Procurement, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain to meet day-to-day contracting needs.

Candidates should have 4 to 12+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences companies. Strong, hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements is essential. The ability to manage multiple concurrent matters with competing deadlines in a high-volume environment is also required.
