Pharmaceutical Contracts Lawyers

Axiom is seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Contracts Counsel to support client engagements across the life sciences sector. This role involves working with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations, providing legal expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, and change orders. The counsel will also handle diverse contract types, including IT licenses, SaaS subscriptions, event and sponsorship agreements, and material transfer agreements (MTAs). Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams is essential to support day-to-day contracting needs.

Candidates should possess 4–12+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences companies. Strong, hands-on experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and other related agreements is required. The ability to manage multiple concurrent matters with competing deadlines in a high-volume environment is crucial.
