Pharmaceutical Contracts Lawyers
Axiom is seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Contracts Counsel to support client engagements across the life sciences sector. This role involves working with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, providing legal expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Axiom offers flexible work arrangements, including remote, on-site, or hybrid options, depending on client needs.
The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, and change orders. The role also encompasses handling diverse contract types, including IT licenses, SaaS subscriptions, event and sponsorship agreements, and material transfer agreements (MTAs). Additionally, the counsel will support manufacturing and supply chain-related agreements involving CMOs, CDMOs, and distribution partners, ensuring all contracts align with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
Candidates should possess 4–12+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences companies. Strong, hands-on experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and other related agreements is essential. The ability to manage multiple concurrent matters with competing deadlines in a high-volume environment is crucial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively partner cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, with estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles ranging from $104,500 to $325,000 per year.
