Legal Support Assistant

The Legal Support Assistant will be responsible for tracking and managing document requests using spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key duties include engaging with medical providers via phone to acquire necessary records, maintaining and organizing case files for easy accessibility, updating electronic case files systematically, and providing general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Candidates should have experience in a law firm setting and demonstrate a high level of motivation with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Essential qualifications include strong organizational skills, the capacity to multitask and prioritize daily demands, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
