The position is based in New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring on-site presence four days a week at 55 Hudson Yards.
Key responsibilities include preparing and editing legal documents and spreadsheets, coordinating with various departments such as Word Processing and IT, and managing complex electronic and paper filing systems. The assistant will also handle expense reimbursements, process vendor invoices, and assist in the preparation of client bills. Additionally, the role involves managing attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client contacts.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in document preparation and management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred. Familiarity with legal document management systems and administrative support tools is advantageous.
