Lifecycle Marketing Lead, Launches & Adoption (B2B2C)
Spring Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to enhance the early journey of our members, from employer invitation through onboarding and initial engagement. This role focuses on designing programs that accelerate time-to-value, guide members toward their first meaningful care milestone, and establish strong foundations for long-term engagement. The position is ideal for a lifecycle marketer with deep experience in building onboarding and activation engines within B2B2C, SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing multi-channel onboarding programs (email, push, SMS, in-app, direct mail) that guide new members through setup, exploration, and early engagement. The role involves building automated journeys to increase onboarding completion, accelerate time-to-value, and drive members toward their first care action. Additionally, the position requires developing friction-reduction strategies to improve the path from "eligible member" to "activated member" and partnering with Product to build behavior-based interventions that increase the likelihood of early success.
The ideal candidate will have 6–10+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or CRM marketing, preferably in B2B2C, SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses. A proven track record in optimizing onboarding, activation, or early lifecycle funnels is essential. Experience in building automated journeys across multiple channels and strong analytical skills, including comfort with experimentation frameworks and data-driven hypothesis development, are required. Hands-on experience with lifecycle automation platforms (Iterable preferred; Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud also considered) is necessary. Excellent cross-functional communication skills, a bias for action, and a systems mindset are also important.
The target base salary range for this position is $147,140 - $183,930, forming part of a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day, access to One Medical accounts, HSA and FSA plans with contributions up to $1,000 for HSAs, employer-sponsored 401(k) match of up to 2%, and a yearly allotment of no-cost visits to the Spring Health network of therapists, coaches, and medication management providers for employees and their dependents. Additional benefits encompass competitive paid time off policies, parental leave, access to wellness programs, fertility care support, fitness and mindfulness subscriptions, child and elder care support, professional development reimbursement, and donation matching.
