Spring Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Campaigns to lead the execution and optimization of seasonal campaigns, educational programs, and adoption initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement within our B2B2C framework. This role is integral to translating strategic objectives into high-quality, measurable lifecycle touchpoints that directly impact member well-being. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, the position is based in New York City with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end execution of seasonal and thematic campaigns, such as those aligned with mental health awareness events and benefit year cycles. The role involves building and maintaining multi-channel communications—including email, push notifications, and in-app messages—for educational nurtures, newsletters, and care modality spotlights, applying segmentation and personalization strategies as directed. Additionally, the manager will execute behavior-based and trigger-driven programs designed to increase feature activation, modality adoption, and repeat engagement, while monitoring performance trends and recommending data-driven optimizations.

Candidates should possess 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns from inception to completion. Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, or SFMC is essential. A solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral trigger logic in campaign development is required. Strong operational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are crucial. Proficiency in data analysis, including pulling reports and interpreting performance metrics to inform recommendations, is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, proactive, and genuinely committed to enhancing member well-being through effective communication strategies.

The target base salary range for this position is $93,500 to $117,900 per year, as part of a competitive total rewards package that includes benefits. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Spring Health conducts annual reviews of all employee compensation programs to ensure competitive and fair pay.
