Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Boston office. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within an AmLaw100 firm, providing legal services to a diverse clientele in the Massachusetts capital. The Boston office specializes in areas such as litigation, intellectual property, government relations, employment and labor, corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, and consumer financial services.

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing complex litigation cases. The role requires collaboration with a team of attorneys and professionals to deliver high-quality legal representation to regional and national clients.

Candidates must have at least two years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters. Prior service as a federal court clerk is advantageous. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law are essential. Admission to and good standing with the Massachusetts Bar is required.

Nelson Mullins offers a competitive salary range of $195,000 to $310,000 annually for this position, determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. Employees may also be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
