The Live Experience Production Director at Fever Originals is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences, including the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces. This role ensures that events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Director will collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, providers, and venues to create unique events that offer unforgettable moments for audiences.

Key responsibilities include interpreting and validating CAD drawings, coordinating design reviews with creative and technical teams, and ensuring concepts align with client vision, technical feasibility, and financial targets. The Production Director will also oversee permitting processes, develop and track production schedules, and manage production budgets throughout all stages of production. Additionally, the role involves negotiating and executing vendor and staffing contracts, leading meetings, and translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in live event or entertainment production, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex productions involving high budgets and multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of technical production, logistics, and permitting is essential, along with experience in contract negotiation and managing large vendor networks. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a strong plus. Excellent organizational, scheduling, communication, and leadership skills are also necessary.
