This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure the stability and reliability of our platform, which serves over 300 million users across more than 55 countries.

As a Tech Support Engineer, you will take ownership of escalated incidents, performing in-depth root cause analysis and managing the incident lifecycle until resolution. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed bug reports for the Engineering team, resolving issues directly when possible, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to validate solutions and enhance platform stability.

The ideal candidate has experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles, familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Kibana, and knowledge of APIs, services, and client-server architecture. Proficiency in English and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Additional skills in Python, Linux/UNIX, RESTful APIs, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and experience with ticketing tools like Jira or Zendesk are advantageous.
