Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our services, ensuring users worldwide have exceptional experiences.

In this role, you will lead the engineering development for a product team, planning and executing strategies to enhance our architecture to meet future requirements. Your responsibilities will include improving team processes and mentoring experienced engineers to foster a culture of excellence. You will also be expected to contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements across our services and APIs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of best practices, testing, and design patterns, along with experience in distributed systems, network communication, scalability, and resilience. Proficiency in business English is essential, as is the ability to deliver code from development to production. Familiarity with technologies such as Django/Flask, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery with RabbitMQ, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous.
