Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager
Fever is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales, and event operations to develop compelling sponsorship proposals. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential sponsors to establish long-term partnerships, crafting sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives, and driving revenue growth through effective sponsorship strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments are met professionally and on time, while maintaining strong relationships with sponsors to monitor satisfaction and evaluate performance.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales, with a robust network of direct client and agency contacts. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential for delivering proposals and conducting client meetings effectively. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of making data-driven decisions. Proficiency in creating slide decks and written pitch materials is also required.
