Logistics Manager
The Logistics Manager at Applied Intuition will oversee the end-to-end global movement of time-sensitive goods, including vehicles, prototype hardware, and test equipment. This role requires a high-impact logistics professional who thrives in rapidly evolving environments where speed, ownership, and communication are critical. The position is primarily an individual contributor role with potential to build and lead a team as the function scales.
Key responsibilities include executing immediate international shipments with a strong sense of urgency, creating freight and logistics partnership strategies to ensure on-time deliveries, advising leadership and key stakeholders on logistics and supply chain strategies, reducing the cost of goods movement, managing internally and externally by influence, and leading process improvement projects to maximize efficiency of impact.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in international logistics, freight, or a similar field. A strong sense of urgency and a strategic mindset are essential, along with insatiable curiosity and keen attention to detail. Highly efficient executive-level communication skills and exceptional negotiation skills are required. The ability to cut through ambiguity to make concrete and sound decisions, a thorough understanding of complex trade compliance processes and risks, and the ability to rapidly prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, business, or a related field is required.
