Archer is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient movement of materials, tooling, and flight hardware across our operational network.

In this position, you will coordinate domestic and international shipments across various transportation modes, including air, ocean, and ground. Responsibilities encompass managing the entire shipment lifecycle—from booking and documentation to tracking and issue resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain is essential to align logistics operations with program requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the aerospace or automotive industry, with a strong background in domestic and international transportation management. Proficiency in production classification (HTS), experience working with freight forwarders and U.S. Customs Brokers, and the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business manner are required. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory; a BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business is preferred.
