In this position, the analyst will design and implement agent-driven chatbot and generative AI workflows aimed at delivering tangible customer benefits. Responsibilities include managing features throughout their lifecycle—from definition and design to implementation, evaluation, and impact assessment. The role also involves hands-on work with contemporary AI development tools and close collaboration with product, machine learning, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in software engineering, with at least three years of experience in the field. A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a track record of writing reliable, maintainable code and proactively identifying and solving problems. A growth mindset and curiosity about generative AI and AI-assisted software development are essential. Experience with AI-assisted development tools is considered a plus.
