Maintenance Technician, Stamping

Lucid Motors is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our stamping facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role is integral to our manufacturing operations, focusing on maintaining and repairing stamping equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and adherence to safety standards. As part of our team, you will contribute to the production of luxury electric vehicles that redefine performance and sustainability.

In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including sensors, motor controls, and wiring. Your duties will also encompass maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper functionality of pumps, valves, and actuators. Additionally, you will conduct precision alignment of mechanical components and collaborate with engineering teams to implement continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of four years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in stamping operations or complex manufacturing settings. Strong technical expertise in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is essential. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and a solid understanding of industrial safety standards are also required.
