The Major Sales Director, New England, is a senior sales role within Cato Networks, a leading provider of secure access service edge (SASE) solutions. As part of the regional sales team, the individual will be responsible for driving growth within the New England territory, working closely with colleagues in sales engineering, customer success, and marketing to expand Cato's presence. In this role, the Major Sales Director will be accountable for developing and executing strategic sales plans to win new business and expand relationships with key accounts. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying enterprise customers, managing complex sales cycles from initial contact through to closing, delivering compelling presentations, and negotiating contract terms. The director will also build strong relationships with channel partners and collaborate internally to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.

Candidates should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise technology, ideally with experience in networking, security, or cloud-based solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes, are essential for success. Prior experience building pipelines and selling to CIOs or other C-level executives in large organizations is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and several years of enterprise technology sales experience are required.
