Manager, AMS
The Manager, AMS at Conga is responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent Application Management Services (AMS) projects, leading enterprise-scale programs, and ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence. This role involves strategic planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery governance, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Technical Support, Product, Administration, and Human Resources. Key responsibilities include managing the architecture, design, and system integrations across Conga solutions, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring successful project completion. The Manager will also be involved in planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and maintaining strategic alignment between programs and organizational goals. Collaboration with stakeholders and leading programs to successful completion are essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with at least 10 years in the software industry, including experience and/or Salesforce development, and a minimum of 2 years managing development teams following agile scrum methodologies. Proficiency in backend technologies such as C#.Net, design patterns, APIs, SQL, and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Software Architecture are required. Experience with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS, container-based platforms such as Docker/Kubernetes, and tools like GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins is also necessary. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
