Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in analytics-focused roles and a degree in a quantitative field such as data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, business management, or computer science. Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SciPy), programming languages (SQL, Python), and advanced Excel or Google Sheets is required. Experience with data science techniques, statistical analysis, and modeling is also essential.
