Manager, Business Development Representative
Spring Health is seeking a Manager, Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead and develop a high-performing team within our New York City headquarters. This role is integral to our mission of eliminating barriers to mental health by driving growth and fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation. The position requires a minimum of two days in-office per week and reports directly to the Director of Business Development.
The Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and mentoring BDRs to achieve and exceed targets. Key responsibilities include implementing improvements in processes, efficiency, and productivity, as well as collaborating with senior sales management and marketing to develop and refine scalable go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the role involves providing data-driven updates on strategy effectiveness through sales reporting.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a BDR Manager with a proven track record of achieving 100%+ quota. A deep understanding of multi-pronged sales strategies, proficiency in cold calling, and the ability to train BDRs to be effective communicators are essential. Strong communication skills and a passionate commitment to working for a mission-driven company are also required.
The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 to $138,400, complemented by a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and internal pay equity.
