Key responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team to exceed revenue targets, monitoring and managing team pipeline health, and ensuring accurate forecasting. The Manager is also tasked with driving individual and team performance through regular feedback, setting clear expectations, and addressing performance gaps. Additionally, the role involves supporting team members in complex negotiations and deal structuring, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, and ensuring adherence to established sales processes and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in sales or account management, including at least two years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Proficiency in managing opportunities using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential. Strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of financial markets—particularly private equity and venture capital—and a passion for coaching and developing sales teams are also required. The candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary of $150,000, with an additional on-target variable commission of $60,000 for fully ramped representatives meeting expectations.
