The Manager, Corporate Development at Skylo Technologies will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research on potential M&A targets, competitors, and industry trends within the satellite sector. The manager will develop and maintain competitive landscape reports, identify opportunities for inorganic growth, and build complex financial models to forecast multi-year contract revenue and simulate various strategic investment scenarios. Additionally, the role involves performing valuation analyses, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and comparable company analysis, and supporting the execution of financial, commercial, and operational due diligence efforts.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar strategic role, with at least two years directly involved in M&A transaction execution. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA from a top-tier institution highly preferred. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
