Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, the position is remote with occasional travel for team or company events.

Key responsibilities include developing and guiding a team of Customer Success Managers supporting SMB and Mid-Market customers, ensuring excellence in onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the manager analyzes account performance to identify risks and opportunities, proactively managing outcomes, and builds executive relationships with key clients to align on business goals and care impact.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in customer success or account management, including at least two years in a leadership role. A proven track record in driving client outcomes and managing enterprise accounts is essential. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are required, along with experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or mental health industries. Comfort in a remote-first, fast-paced environment is also necessary.

Spring Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $106,400 to $131,000, equity options, and a 25% sales variable bonus structure.
