The Manager, Engagement Management role at Braze is a pivotal position within the AI Expert Services team. Key responsibilities include facilitating client workshops to align on objectives, technical specifications, model configurations, and integration architectures. The role involves conducting research and assessments to analyze client business objectives and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, the Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, manage project risks and timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or professional services, with a bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees such as an MBA or MS are preferred. Strong skills in technical program delivery, process engineering, and strategy definition are essential. The candidate should also excel in building relationships with customer stakeholders and possess hands-on technical experience to contribute to architectural and machine learning design discussions.
