Manager, Enterprise Security Engineering
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Security Engineering to lead and expand a team dedicated to safeguarding the infrastructure supporting our defense technology products. This role involves setting technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and collaborating across teams to enhance security measures.
Key responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing team of security engineers, defining and executing security roadmaps for various infrastructures, designing and implementing security controls across cloud and corporate environments, and developing tools to improve security posture and operational efficiency. The role also involves conducting security architecture reviews and partnering with other teams to mitigate risks while maintaining operational velocity.
Candidates should have the ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively across teams. Required qualifications include strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust; experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK; a solid understanding of modern attack vectors and defensive strategies; and experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD deployment. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance is also required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 USD, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost.
