Manager, Enterprise Security Engineering
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Security Engineering to lead and expand a team dedicated to safeguarding the infrastructure supporting our defense technology products. This role is integral to our mission of transforming military capabilities through advanced technology, ensuring the security and resilience of our systems.
The Manager will be responsible for building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of security engineers. Key duties include setting technical direction, establishing engineering standards, defining and executing security roadmaps for infrastructure and endpoints, designing and implementing security controls across various environments, developing tools to enhance security posture, conducting security architecture reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks while maintaining operational efficiency.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and collaborate across teams. Required qualifications include experience in incident response, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK, conducting security architecture reviews, understanding modern attack vectors and defensive strategies, experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines, and implementing security controls across diverse environments. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance is also required.
