Square is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Field Sales (French Bilingual) to lead our field sales team in Montreal, Québec, Canada. As a key player in our mission to empower businesses with innovative financial solutions, you will oversee a team of Territory Account Executives, driving sales strategies and fostering strong relationships within the local market. This role is pivotal in expanding Square's presence and supporting sellers of all sizes in achieving their business goals.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and coaching your team through active, in-market engagement. Your day-to-day activities will include managing pipelines, conducting disciplined weekly reviews, and ensuring consistent momentum across complex sales cycles. By spending significant time in the field, you will strengthen local relationships, fuel community-driven pipeline creation, and ensure sellers experience Square through a human, product-driven presence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of sales success, preferably in a high-growth environment, and at least 5 years of leadership experience managing field account executives. Proficiency in both English and French is essential for this role. A strong background in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales, coupled with a data-driven mindset and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, is highly desirable.

Square offers a competitive compensation package, with salary ranges varying based on location. For positions in Canada, the salary range is between $257,000 and $386,000 CAD, which includes target variable compensation.
