Manager, Financial Reporting
The Manager, Financial Reporting at Anduril Industries will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex financial reports, consolidating financial statements across multiple ERP systems, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing quarterly investor reporting, overseeing debt covenant compliance reporting, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role is integral to supporting the company's rapid growth and requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, preparing regulatory filings, and supporting annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. The role also involves improving financial reporting processes, developing effective working relationships across various functional areas, and supporting M&A activities by integrating acquired businesses' accounting functions.
Candidates should have over five years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting, demonstrated experience with multi-entity, multi-currency financial consolidations, and a strong knowledge of US GAAP. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Workiva, exposure to M&A accounting, and experience in tech or advanced manufacturing companies. A CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA is also preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost to employees.
