Manager, GTM Strategy and Operations
Kaseya is seeking a Manager of Strategy, Planning, & Analytics to lead strategic and operational initiatives within our customer-facing teams. This role is integral to optimizing our business lines and shaping company priorities through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Strategy, Planning, & Analytics and collaborate closely with departments such as New Customer Acquisition, Account Management, Marketing, and Product.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing measurable strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer interactions. The Manager will lead cross-functional workstreams, ensuring the integration of diverse perspectives into key initiatives. Additionally, the role involves managing special projects across various functions and departments to support the company's strategic direction.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in strategy, finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting. Expertise in recurring revenue business models is essential, with familiarity in B2B software considered a plus. Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficiency in handling multiple data sources, and advanced Excel capabilities are required. A deep understanding of financial analytics and the ability to apply a financial perspective to strategic decision-making are crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a proven ability to work collaboratively, are also necessary. Experience in leading teams is preferred, and an MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field is advantageous.
