Manager, Implementation Planning
The Manager, Implementation Planning at WPP Media is responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Key responsibilities include managing client budgets with integrity, overseeing the planning and execution of media campaigns across various channels such as reserved media, social, search, programmatic, and e-commerce. The Manager is also tasked with mentoring team members, ensuring high-quality standards, and collaborating with trading teams to align campaigns with agency trading deals. Analyzing campaign data to identify trends and providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams are also crucial aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and team management abilities, advanced experience in media planning and buying across digital channels, and excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in media planning tools, AdTech solutions, and data analysis platforms is essential. Strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously are also required.
