Manager, Member Strategy & Growth

CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Manager, Member Growth to enhance its membership strategy, focusing on acquisition and long-term retention. This role combines analytical rigor and operational execution to unlock growth, understand members, and deliver measurable impact across CLEAR’s membership base.

Key responsibilities include building reporting capabilities around usage and retention to help stakeholders and leaders understand retention, segmenting and assessing key member cohorts using quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion, usage, and retention across these segments, testing and piloting new growth and retention strategies across segments including pricing and plan structure, balancing speed and rigor, and diving into the data on the behavior of CLEAR’s members to improve performance with a data-driven approach that scales.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in strategy, growth, or business operations, ideally within consumer tech, travel, financial services, or subscription businesses. They should possess deep analytical fluency, a proven track record of turning strategy into execution with measurable business impact, excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete data, and iterating as needed.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
