Manager, Partner Growth Marketing (Rocket Travel by Agoda)
The Manager, Partner Growth Marketing role at Rocket Travel by Agoda focuses on providing strategic marketing guidance and support to white-label travel platform partners. This position involves close collaboration with Partner Managers, Product Owners, and the broader Marketing team to understand partners' needs, recommend impactful marketing initiatives, and drive platform growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to partners' business models and goals, analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. The role also involves guiding partners to adopt strategies that align with their objectives and the company's business goals, focusing on maximizing contribution margin and ROI while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term engagement. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, analytics, and operations, to ensure smooth execution and alignment of initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce, travel, or SaaS environments. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. Strong analytical skills are essential, including basic knowledge of SQL (joins, filters, aggregates), with advanced knowledge (window functions, CTEs) considered a plus. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are necessary to effectively handle conversations with stakeholders and motivate them to adopt strategic decisions. Experience in a consultative or advisory role, preferably with a consulting background, and a proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives successfully are also important.
The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $138,000 annually, eligibility for an annual bonus, 401(k) matching, flexible vacation time, maternity and paternity benefits, health, and dental insurance. The role is based in New York City, with a hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence three times a week.
