Manager PMO, GOC
The Manager PMO, GOC role at WPP Media involves leading and overseeing the daily operations of the Project Management Office within the Global Operations Centre. This position requires close collaboration with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia, supporting high-impact PMO initiatives in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating project tracking, managing risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and providing executive reporting across multiple initiatives. The role also involves designing, maintaining, and improving Power BI dashboards and reporting structures to support visibility and decision-making. Additionally, the Manager PMO, GOC will identify and implement process automation and operational optimization opportunities using automation and AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and an advanced level of English proficiency (B2–C2). They should have 2–3+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or project tracking roles, with experience leading, coordinating, or supporting small teams. Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and initiative tracking are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Practical knowledge or an applied interest in AI solutions for business processes is also desirable.
