Manager, Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering - Nordics
Celonis is seeking a Manager for Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering to lead a team of Value Engineers in the Nordics region. This role is integral to managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from initial sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market Leadership Teams to support customers in achieving their strategic objectives using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end customer value journey, translating strategic objectives into impactful use cases, and communicating value opportunities to C-Level executives. The role also involves leading customers through the Celonis Value Journey, deploying new features and products, and advancing strategic growth programs. Additionally, the manager will recruit and develop Value Engineers, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career growth.
The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, experience in strategic transformation initiatives, and a deep understanding of industry trends and C-suite challenges. Proficiency in guiding IT teams through the Celonis Process Intelligence journey, project management skills, and experience in executive stakeholder management are essential. A proven track record in value realization and change management, along with strong sales and commercial acumen, is also required.
