Manager, Product Management - Data Pipeline & Integration
Celonis is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead the Data Pipeline and Integration strategy within the Data Platform team. This role focuses on enhancing the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph's ability to ingest and process data from diverse systems in real-time. The position is based in Munich, Germany, and involves managing a high-performing team while scaling the engineering hub in India.
Key responsibilities include expanding data connectivity to access all business data regardless of format or source, leading and mentoring product teams in India, optimizing ETL workload reliability for global customers, and developing platform primitives such as the Extractor Builder and push-based ingestion methods. The role also involves driving strategic data partnerships to reduce data redundancy and enabling real-time ingestion capabilities for proactive process intervention.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in technical product management, particularly in data integration, ETL, or enterprise SaaS platforms. Proven leadership in managing and scaling product teams, especially in global and distributed environments, is essential. Technical expertise in modern data architectures, including SQL, REST APIs, cloud storage solutions, and streaming technologies, is required. Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce, along with various data connectivity protocols, is also necessary. A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
