The Manager, Production Operations at Kaseya is a leadership role within the Supply Chain Operations organization, based in Monroe, Connecticut. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, aligning capacity and inventory with demand forecasts and business priorities. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain, the Production Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team.

Key responsibilities include leading the production team to ensure consistent execution of operations and safety standards, providing leadership updates on production performance and improvement initiatives, and partnering with Supply Chain Operations leadership to align production schedules with demand forecasts. The role also involves tracking productivity and labor performance, improving workflow efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvements. Additionally, the Production Manager is tasked with managing internal systems used in production operations, enforcing quality standards, maintaining a safe work environment, and resolving personnel and operational issues effectively.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in production or operations management, including oversight of assembly and quality control teams. Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and manage employees is essential. Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle or Salesforce is required, along with technical proficiency in hardware diagnostics, system imaging, and device configuration. Working knowledge of Bash scripting and/or Windows batch scripting is also necessary. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are critical for success in this role.
