Manager - Programmatic
As a Manager - Programmatic at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams, lead the training and growth of your local programmatic team, and enforce best practices in platforms like DV360 and TrueView. You will be accountable for consistent work delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs, and serving as a point of escalation to resolve challenges effectively.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360) and other top AdTech and MarTech platforms is essential. Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, a clear strategic mindset to build on existing businesses, and competence in Microsoft Office software are also required.
