Manager - Programmatic
The Programmatic Manager at WPP Media will oversee and optimize programmatic campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and key performance indicators. This role involves developing programmatic strategies that exceed client expectations, whether for branding or return on investment, and collaborating closely with the programmatic account director and global hub teams to execute best-in-class programmatic strategies while providing insightful data analysis.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing campaign activities, creating media plans designed to achieve specified KPIs, and overseeing client activity through relevant demand-side platforms such as DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Amazon, and Teads Ad Manager. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring campaigns are set up using programmatic best practices and delivering outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience with digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, Campaign Manager, GA360) and other top AdTech and MarTech platforms is essential. Strong team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional client servicing skills are also required.
