Manager, Sales Development
The Manager, Sales Development at PitchBook Data leads a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) within the Core segment. This role focuses on expanding existing client accounts and generating new sales, operating within a collaborative pod structure to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships.
Key responsibilities include hiring and onboarding new ADRs, overseeing their performance, and supporting ongoing training and development. The manager conducts regular team meetings to share best practices, sets clear objectives aligned with broader account growth targets, and provides targeted coaching on pipeline management and opportunity creation.
Required qualifications encompass a bachelor's degree and over two years of professional management or team lead experience, ideally in a sales capacity. Candidates should have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, experience in developing sales reps' cold calling and prospecting skills, and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData/BookIt.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary of $95,000, with an additional on-target variable commission of $60,000 for fully ramped representatives meeting expectations.
