As a Services Manager at Celonis, you will lead and develop a team of 10+ Consultants and Project Managers, driving successful deployments of Celonis technology across various industry sectors in North America. This role involves managing service sales cycles, including project scoping and proposal creation, and ensuring strong customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Value Engineering teams to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and adoption of the Celonis platform.
Key responsibilities include positioning and selling appropriate services, building trust with Sales and Value Engineering to support account growth, and maximizing service revenue while meeting utilization targets. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments that deliver measurable business impact. Additionally, you will manage resource capacity and utilization, handle escalations, and foster relationships with strategic partners to support key customers.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience managing complex projects as a Program Manager or Director, with proven leadership in BI/analytics projects. A strong track record in leading transformational customer programs and a solid understanding of Celonis product implementation are essential. Experience in managing professional services teams within enterprise SaaS companies, building relationships with sales teams, and interacting with senior-level customers is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to recruit, motivate, and retain top talent are also crucial.
